Our team comprise rehabilitation specialists and neuroscientists involved in research that aims to improve the lives of those with functional limitations that result in reduced quality of life. We are working in the area of assistive technologies to develop a brain computer interface system that can enhance the effects of rehabilitation and ultimately be used at home as a rehabilitation device. We also work in the area of telehealth, designing, developing and testing telehealth interventions that can be integrated into current health systems.

Research themes and flagship projects:

  • Research theme 3: Rehabilitative Technologies
  • Flagship 5: Augmentation of upper arm stroke rehabilitation
