Areas of research include:
- Computational models of neurovascular coupling: this involves the simulation of coupled complex cell function integrated in a dynamic vascular tree to investigate neurodegenerative diseases.
- Coupled cells: Large scale numerical models of coupled cell systems, both from a discrete and continuum based analysis
- Health data analytics: analysing health data of the elderly and infirm.
