About the event
Manaaki: to support, take care of, give hospitality to, protect, look out for - show respect, generosity and care for others.
Who are you as a Tiriti partner and how does Te Tiriti apply to your research and/or clinical work?
The manaaki sessions are a safe online space for both Māori and non-Māori alike to participate in open discussions around our understandings and experiences of Te Tiriti. Central to these discussions are how we might bring together the two Treaty partners to ensure that the benefits of research and clinical work are both visible to and reaching into our Māori communities.
You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like, no preparation or homework required!
