Project Summary
Diagnosis and rehabilitation of swallowing – particularly a unique feature of abnormal pressure generation (identified as having substantial clinical need) – requires expensive and invasive instrumentation to capture these complex, internal biomechanical processes. This instrumentation is not readily available to clinicians and is not well tolerated by patients.
