Project Summary
During this project, a new chest physiotherapy (CPT) device will be developed which will utilise sensors and gaming technology to transform daily CPT exercises into stimulating computer games for child and youth patients, thus increasing adherence to the physiotherapy, improving the patient quality of life and reducing healthcare costs. Furthermore, the CPT product software will provide clinical feedback data for both the patient and clinician, thus allowing patient progress to be tracked and optimised.
